- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the engineering department, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals
- Oversee project management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of engineering projects
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within engineering teams
- Advance engineering practices, methodologies, and technology adoption to enhance productivity and project quality
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate engineering efforts with business development, operations, and project execution strategies
- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of engineering resources
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
Master's degree or MBA is preferred - A minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven record of leadership in a complex environment
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and industry best practices
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale engineering projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with strategic planning and financial management in an engineering context
