The Senior Structural Engineer plays a critical role in the design, analysis, and supervision of structural systems in high-rise building projects. This position requires advanced knowledge of structural engineering principles, building materials, and construction methods to ensure safe, durable, and cost-effective structures. The engineer will work closely with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and project managers to deliver structurally sound designs that align with the project’s vision and timeline.

• Design and analyze structural components of high-rise buildings using appropriate engineering software and standards.
• Review architectural and MEP plans to ensure structural compatibility and efficiency.
• Ensure all structural designs meet local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve structural issues.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration and alignment across project phases.
• Provide technical support during procurement and construction activities.
• Participate in value engineering and suggest cost-effective design alternatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials innovations, and regulatory changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 8–10 years of experience in structural design and engineering, preferably in high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
• Professional certification or licensing (e.g., PE, SE) is preferred.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP
  2000, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, structural systems, and engineering standards.
• Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit Structure) and coordination workflows.
• Experience with project management tools and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to structural details.
• Effective communication and technical reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
