We are hiring an experienced Configuration Engineer to join our telecom team in Riyadh. This role is critical for configuring and integrating advanced network technologies across RAN, Core, Transmission, and IP/MPLS domains, ensuring seamless connectivity for major telecom projects.

As a Configuration Engineer, you will play a key role in deploying and optimizing multi-vendor telecom networks for leading operators such as STC, Zain, and Salam. You will work on cutting-edge technologies including 2G/3G/4G/5G, microwave, fiber, and IP/MPLS solutions. This position offers hands-on experience with OSS/BSS platforms and requires strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. • Configure and integrate RAN, Core, Transmission, and IP/MPLS networks
• Perform 2G/3G/4G/5G parameter setup and optimization across multiple vendors
• Set up and test microwave and fiber links for high-capacity transmission
• Manage IP/MPLS routing and switching configurations (CCNA/HCIA-level)
• Utilize OSS/BSS tools (U2020, ENM, Net Act) for network monitoring and management
• Document configurations and provide detailed reports for project stakeholders

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecom network configuration and integration
• Expertise in multi-vendor technologies (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, ZTE)
• Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS, routing, and switching protocols
• Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS tools (U2020, ENM, Net Act)
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
• Valid & Transferable Iqama

• Vendor certifications (Huawei HCIA/HCIP, Ericsson/Nokia Certified)
• Experience with STC, Zain, and Salam projects
• Familiarity with advanced IP/MPLS design and QoS configurations
• Knowledge of network security best practices
• Ability to automate configuration tasks using scripting tools
