We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Officer to join our team at our state‑of‑the‑art stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our facility, staff, and visitors during various events and daily operations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for the stadium
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
• Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for staff and contractors
• Manage emergency response planning and coordinate with local authorities and emergency services
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local Saudi Arabian and international HSE regulations and standards
• Oversee environmental management initiatives, including waste management and sustainability programs
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with event organizers and stadium management to ensure safety during sports events and other large gatherings
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging HSE trends in stadium management
• Implement and oversee crowd management strategies for large‑scale events

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in large‑scale facilities or stadiums
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to stadium operations, including local Saudi Arabian regulations
• Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and collaborate with diverse teams
• Proficiency in HSE software and data management tools
• Familiarity with stadium operations, crowd management, and sports event safety protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events
• Experience in managing safety aspects of large‑scale events and crowd control
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
