SIS is hiring a senior MS Optimization & Performance Engineer to lead 4G/5G RAN optimization initiatives. This role is crucial for improving KPIs, analyzing network performance, and driving data-based enhancements to deliver superior user experience.

As an MS Optimization & Performance Engineer, you will optimize RAN parameters and features, conduct in-depth performance analysis, and manage advanced reporting dashboards. You will work with tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau to provide actionable insights and support new technology use cases. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge 5G projects in a dynamic telecom environment.

• Optimize 4G/5G RAN performance, parameters, and features.
• Conduct performance analysis on capacity, utilization, configurations, and KPIs.
• Perform OOKLA, device‑level, and cell trace analysis using CEM/Log Tool.
• Analyze traffic growth and recommend network improvements.
• Conduct coverage and complaint analysis using geolocation and CRM data.
• Create technical dashboards and reports using SQL, VBA, Python, and MS Office.
• Provide user‑experience insights through Tableau and time‑to‑content analysis.
• Evaluate new technology use cases and propose improvements.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in 4G/5G RAN optimization.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, Python, Linux, and MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools for visualization.
• Familiarity with automation for performance reporting.
• Knowledge of advanced RAN features and emerging technologies.
• Exposure to customer experience management tools.
