Parsons is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Field Engineer - Civil to support construction delivery across a major airfield infrastructure development. This role involves managing site engineering activities, supervising civil works execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and coordinating with contractors and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in civil engineering roles on large-scale infrastructure, aviation, or transportation projects.

• Interpret drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies to ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Provide technical guidance to site supervisors and subcontractors for earthworks, pavements, utilities, drainage, and structural works.
• Prepare and validate inspection requests, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Ensure civil works comply with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and airport authority regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, material verifications, and non-conformance follow-up.
• Monitor construction tolerances and ensure works meet civil aviation pavement standards.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams.
• Ensure interfaces between airside, landside, utilities, and structural works are aligned.
• Support sequencing of works to meet project milestones.
• Maintain site logs, inspection records, and progress trackers.
• Support preparation of as-built documentation and civil handover packages.
• Assist in updating redline drawings and site change documentation.
• Ensure all works follow HSE requirements and approved risk assessments.
• Enforce safe construction practices, particularly in active airfield zones.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in civil engineering roles on infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Experience with airfield pavements, utilities, drainage, and heavy civil works is preferred.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, geotechnical considerations, and QA/QC processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, and field engineering tools.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and site problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on airport or airfield expansion projects.
• Knowledge of ICAO/EASA pavement standards.
• Familiarity with Aconex, BIM 360, or digital field management systems.
