An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Design & Engineering Services Manager to join a leading real estate development organisation based in Riyadh. This senior role is ideal for a visionary professional who can bridge creative design, technical engineering, and strategic project delivery across large-scale commercial, multi-disciplinary developments.

You will lead all aspects of project design, including architecture, landscape, interior design, as well as the core engineering disciplines civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you will drive design excellence from early concept through to delivery, ensuring projects meet performance, cost, quality, and regulatory benchmarks.

• Develop and implement design and engineering strategies, policies, and frameworks.
• Oversee the full design lifecycle, from feasibility concepts to master planning, schematic design, and construction documentation.
• Provide cross‑functional technical support for feasibility studies, financing, procurement, construction, and project management.
• Evaluate and approve architectural and engineering submissions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Lead value engineering initiatives to optimise cost and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to secure approvals and ensure timely project progression.
• Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team, managing performance, workflows, and professional development.

You are a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills. You thrive in complex development environments and bring structure, clarity, and innovation to every project.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil or Structural preferred).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior management role within real estate development, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven success in overseeing large‑scale design and engineering programmes.
• Strong skills in design management, cost estimation, risk analysis, contract management, and project planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
