Key Responsibilities RMA Management
  • Own the end-to-end RMA workflow for data centre products, from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely processing and resolution.
System‑Level & Electrical Analysis
  • Conduct detailed system‑level and electrical test analysis on returned units using ATE, bench/system tests, and diagnostic tools.
  • Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions for complex SoC and server‑level issues.
Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports (interim and final) for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including CQE, design, and operations.
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to confidentiality, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in RMA processes and turnaround times.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years in semiconductor business with strong focus on SoC and data centre hardware.
  • Proven track record in system‑level and electrical test analysis for complex semiconductor and server components.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of server architecture and high‑performance computing environments.
  • Familiarity with reliability requirements for enterprise and cloud data centres.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Technical Expertise
  • Deep understanding of SoC architecture and data centre systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with electrical test systems, ATE, and system‑level diagnostic methodologies.
