We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction supervision of infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering major transportation projects within the construction consultancy sector in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region. This role requires effective leadership, technical oversight, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in construction supervision of roads, bridges, highways, and tunnels.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region in a consultancy role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects in accordance with Saudi Arabian standards (MOT, Aramco, or other authorities).
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
  • Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the construction supervision team for major infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, highways, and tunnels.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with contract documents, specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and government authorities to resolve technical and contractual issues.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and health, safety & environmental (HSE) compliance on-site.
  • Review and approve project documentation such as method statements, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals.
  • Monitor contractor performance, track delays or variations, and support the preparation of change orders and claims.
  • Lead progress meetings, provide regular reporting to senior management and the client.
  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within budget and on schedule.
