Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly qualified Technical Office Engineer to join our team for major superstructure projects in Saudi Arabia (On Site). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical competencies, hands‑on experience with international standards, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams on large‑scale construction works.
Skills Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, specifically in superstructure projects.
- Experience working with international specifications and standards.
- Prior involvement in a project delivered with international consultancy services is preferred.
- Proven experience in:
Superstructure construction projects, Subcontractor and supplier management, Interdisciplinary coordination (Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural/Finishes) and Management of entrusted teams.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to interpret and review complex technical drawings and contracts.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and shop drawings.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving orientation.
- Detail‑oriented and structured approach to technical work.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure construction environments.
