Worley, a global professional services company in energy, chemicals, and resources, is seeking a Senior HSE Supervisor to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across large engineering projects.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in the Oil/Gas, Hydrocarbon, Refinery, Onshore, Offshore, or Infrastructure Industries.
  • Involvement in construction safety activities related to large projects.
  • Conduct safety compliance audits consistent with Saudi Aramco Contractor safety administrative requirements, including corrective action procedures.
  • Ensure effective implementation of established Safety Programs.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of international safety standards and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and advice on HSE matters to implementation contractor personnel working at the site.
  • Ensure the implementation of all HSE Plan requirements across the portfolio of projects.
  • Participate in daily planning meetings with implementation contractors to ensure effective implementation of project HSE requirements.
  • Review implementation contractor Job Hazard Assessments (JHA), work permit applications, complimentary certificates, and verify implementation of requirements at the job site.
  • Demonstrate leadership and commitment to achieving HSE objectives and the success of all contract/project HSE initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of current governing regulations, codes, and practices; inform the HSE Lead of any required revisions to the HSE Plan.
  • Report all instances of HSE non‑compliance, including unsafe acts/conditions and incidents, including near misses.
  • Ensure site HSE inspection and audit programs are implemented.
  • Ensure EPCM and implementation contractor personnel have completed and maintain current HSE training.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of communication materials (e.g., Job Bulletins, Toolbox Talks, Safe Observation Cards, Safety Alerts, Lessons Learned).
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have an internationally recognized professional safety certification (e.g., CSP, CMIOSH)
