The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment in accordance with project specifications and engineering standards. The role requires hands‑on experience in analyzing mechanical components, executing engineering projects, conducting inspections, ensuring system reliability, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and expertise in handling mechanical operations within industrial, construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas environments in Saudi Arabia.

• Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical systems, components, and equipment based on engineering requirements and project specifications.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, mechanical layouts, and documentation using engineering software and relevant tools.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and equipment sizing to ensure optimal performance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems and machinery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical issues, evaluate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with electrical, civil, fabrication, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and performance analysis to ensure compliance with mechanical and safety standards.
• Support procurement activities by evaluating technical specifications, vendor proposals, and material approvals.
• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, project schedules, and progress documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi engineering regulations, company policies, and HSE requirements across all mechanical activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, project execution, maintenance, or industrial operations.
• Experience working in sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, or heavy engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi engineering standards and regulatory compliance will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, thermodynamics, hydraulics, and material science.
• Proficiency in designing and analyzing components using AutoCAD, Solid Works, Ansys, or similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, technical specifications, and manuals.
• Practical experience in mechanical installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong communication, documentation, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within project timelines.
