Masterplanning Engineer

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Master planning Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive master plans for large-scale urban and infrastructural projects that align with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. As a Master planning Engineer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, urban planners, and civil engineers, to create cohesive and sustainable designs that meet project objectives and stakeholder needs.

Your expertise in spatial planning, zoning, land use, and infrastructure design will be crucial in ensuring that projects are not only functional but also enhance community engagement and environmental sustainability. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about urban design and eager to contribute to meaningful developments within the Kingdom.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in master planning or urban design.
• Strong understanding of land use regulations, zoning laws, and urban design principles.
• Experience with planning software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, Revit).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of the local context and regulations in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
