Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for managing the technical facilities delivery under end‑to‑end accountability for the Technical Buildings within the Region. The role holder also supervises contractor’s activities, driving resources optimization and development in the district. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

• Manage the critical facilities management delivery under end to end accountability for the Technical Buildings in the West Region.
• Manage and maintain the critical systems availability serving the critical environment such as DC, AC, UPS, Precision Cooling, Raised Floor, Air Flow Management, FDAS and FSS in the central region.
• Ensure the uninterrupted supply of power and cooling to the active infrastructure available within the sites and support activities associated with the Critical Environment.
• Manage the SOPs, ERPs, EOPs, MOPs, in the day to day operations of the FM contracts.
• Implement HSS (High Speed Sintering) and Regulatory standards enforcement.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders associated with the core services.
• Be familiar with the corporate property, real estate, risk management, IT/NW strategies associated with the critical facilities.
• Oversee the corrective and preventive maintenance activities for the facilities within SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee the spares and consumables supply and management.
• Manage the Electro‑mechanical assets maintenance (Hard FM services) including HVAC, Horizontal and Vertical transport systems, BMS, Infrastructure and Energy Management, Civil and architectural, and all maintenance routines.
• Manage and maintain soft FM services such as Janitorial, Housekeeping, Civil Works, Services.

Prior experience within the Telecommunication industry.
