MEP Estimation Engineer

Job Overview :

A leading contracting company in the MEP sector is seeking an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to join its team. The role focuses on cost estimation, tendering, and pricing for large-scale infrastructure and healthcare projects
, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and commercial evaluation.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and specialized systems).
• Estimate infrastructure and utility works, including piping networks, cabling, ducting, manholes, and related services.
• Review drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare cost estimates for Medical Gas Systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Conduct price analysis, cost breakdowns, and financial comparisons.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement teams to obtain competitive quotations.
• Support technical and commercial tender evaluations and risk assessments.
• Work professionally on Etimad Platform and TARAH (TARH) Platform
  , including tender submission and follow‑up.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP cost estimation.
• Mandatory hands‑on experience in Medical Gas Systems estimation
  .
• Proven experience working on Etimad Platform
  .
• Strong experience in infrastructure and utility projects
  .
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation‑related software/tools.
