Civil Inspector

• Conduct site visit and responsible for inspection of buildings according to Saudi building codes and international standards.
• Issuereports and documentation of findings and comments in accordance with Saudi building codes and international standards.
• Take over responsibilities from other Inspectors for non-assigned projects during emergency leaves.
• Describe and assess technical problems and develop proposed solutions
• Comply with client requirements by delivering the required report on predefined timings
• Handle any project professionally and effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction, testing and inspection in civil engineering.
• Proven experience in Saudi Code.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete, steel structures and finishing.
• Preferred experience in IDI program
• Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
