We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to support the development of new construction and material-based products in collaboration with local manufacturers in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on working closely with factories—such as gypsum, coatings, and building material manufacturers—to co‑develop market‑ready products from concept and prototyping through testing and technical documentation, under the manufacturer’s brand.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in product development, materials development, or manufacturing‑related roles
• Hands‑on experience working with factories or production environments
• Strong understanding of material‑based products and development cycles
• Experience coordinating testing, validation, and technical documentation

• Collaborate with local manufacturers to develop new material‑based products for the Saudi market
• Lead product development activities with factories, including formulation, prototyping, and refinement
• Translate technical performance requirements into manufacturable product specifications
• Coordinate laboratory testing and validation with approved testing facilities
• Manage product development timelines from concept to final approval
• Prepare technical documentation, data sheets, and product specifications
• Support product readiness for use in projects and market applications
• Act as the technical interface between manufacturers, laboratories, and internal teams

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple development streams
• Clear technical communication and documentation skills
• Field‑oriented mindset with willingness to visit factories and laboratories
