We are currently looking to hire a Civil Engineer

A civil engineer in the real estate industry is responsible for planning, designing, managing, and supervising various construction.

They work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed successfully and meet all quality and safety standards.

• Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
• Ensure that designs are compliant with local building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project expenses and implement cost-control measures to stay within budget.
• Conduct site surveys and evaluations to assess project feasibility and potential challenges.
• Identify environmental and geotechnical factors that may impact construction.

• 1+ years of experience in civil engineering or related field in construction
