The EY CCaSS team is seeking experienced professionals, with a background in Climate Change and Sustainability. Candidates should have exposure to areas such as energy management, green building, HSE management systems, sustainable value creation, sustainability digitisation, business model innovation, sustainable supply chain, and reporting. EY is at the forefront of climate change and sustainability trends, engaging with clients across various levels to provide insights into these developments.

The team is looking for dedicated candidates who can help develop a dynamic sustainability practice focused on making a significant impact for clients navigating this agenda.

In this role, you will manage multiple client engagements, share responsibilities, provide support, develop relationships, and maintain communication with senior team members across various industries, including consumer products, oil & gas, and financial services. Responsibilities include performing audit procedures, creating work products such as audit analyses and engagement documentation, evaluating and testing processes and controls, participating in client meetings, and assisting in report preparation.

Successful candidates will be proactive, accountable, and results‑driven. Key skills include managing competing priorities, resource management, and effective communication, all of which contribute to a positive work environment.

• An undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering, or environmental science. An advanced degree (MSc or MBA) is advantageous.
• A solid understanding of sustainability issues and opportunities, including knowledge of climate change policies and the carbon market.
• Strong knowledge and experience in sustainability practices, including Circular Economy, ESG, and Climate Action initiatives.
• Strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills.

• Further studies and/or relevant professional qualifications.
• A track record with a leading consulting firm.
