Senior Civil Engineer – Infrastructure Projects

Experience: Minimum 15 years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing, supervising, and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, schedules, and budgets. The role involves leadership of engineering teams and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Lead the planning, design review, and execution of infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, water, wastewater, drainage, etc.).
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and international standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and costs; ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure quality control, health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
• Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in roads, utilities, water & wastewater, or similar infrastructure works.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in engineering software and MS Office.
