Electrical Construction Manager

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a major infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia – Riyadh.

The role is responsible for managing and delivering all electrical construction activities related to infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with approved designs, safety standards, schedule, and budget.

• Manage and supervise electrical construction works for infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, tunnels, bridges)
• Oversee MV/LV networks, street lighting, substations, ITS, earthing, and related systems
• Review shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, and material submittals
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project specifications
• Monitor progress, cost, and manpower productivity
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 12+ years total experience in electrical construction
• Minimum 8 years in infrastructure or mega projects
• Experience in KSA or GCC projects is highly preferred
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is mandatory
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
