Requirement:
- 5 – 10 years of Experience
- Strong background in civil, infrastructure, and utilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KSA in similar role
- Knowledge of Local construction Saudi market, cost, historical data & Productivity rates,market trends.
Tendering & Cost Estimation Requirements:
- Proficiency in CCS ( CANDY) software cost databases, HCSS Heavy Bid and or the like.
- Proven track record in tender preparation for mega infrastructure and building projects.
- Experience in pre-contract works , tender documentation Review & Preparation, Quantitytake-offs, re measurement.
- Experience in budgeting, BOQ preparation and scope analysis
- Experience in Procurement Strategy – scope packaging, RFQs, supplier/subcontractornegotiations, and best-value sourcing.
Technical & Methodology Requirements:
- Experience in preparation of Technical Submittals, clarifications, and executionmethodologies for multidisciplinary projects.
