Senior ICA Engineer

As a Construction Management Professional in Saudi Arabia, you will collaborate with our clients to ensure compliance with plans and documents, analyze and interpret project plans and specifications, challenge design errors, interpret contract language, report on contractor’s daily tasks, monitor budgets and supervise inspection personnel. Your impact will influence future‑oriented projects at both global and local levels.

To design Instrumentation and Control system for variety of facilities including compressor station, process piping, sewerage, drainage, irrigation and firefighting system. Must have experience in water / wastewater or BMS, Rail, Oil and Gas and IoT network, OT security.

• Design SCADA/PMS, F&G and PAGA systems; create access control and telecom block diagrams, layouts, infrastructure cable routes.
• Validate vendor‑based studies.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines and provide guidance for ELV system requirements.
• Participate in interface meetings, client meetings, and update progress schedules.
• Review preparation of MRs and specifications.
• Supervise evaluation of tender documents and material submittals.

• Minimum 14+ years of professional I&C engineering experience, especially in water/wastewater, BMS, rail, oil and gas, IoT network, OT security.
• A Bachelor’s degree related to I&C Engineering.
• Proven record of engineering experience and teamwork skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Instrumentation, PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA, communication networks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards used in the Middle East/India regions.
• Hands‑on experience with design software such as Smartplant, INTOOLS, Openplant; valued.
• Willingness to travel periodically within MENAI region.
