We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for a high‑rise project in Riyadh. The role involves managing design, coordination, and implementation of MEP works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

• Lead and manage all MEP activities for the project under WSP’s PMC scope.
• Review and monitor MEP design and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and client specifications.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk related to MEP works.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve design or site issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to the client and internal teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large‑scale/high‑rise projects.
• Pre‑contract experience is mandatory, including involvement in design reviews, tender evaluations, and technical submissions.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Previous experience working with PMC firms mandatory.
