You will lead and manage all mineral exploration activities in Saudi Arabia, from early-stage target generation through advanced exploration and resource definition. This role is responsible for developing and executing exploration strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives, managing field programs, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, partners, and local communities.

• Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term exploration strategies across assigned tenements.
• Design, manage, and interpret exploration programs including geological mapping, geochemical sampling, geophysical surveys, trenching, and drilling.
• Oversee resource estimation inputs and support transition from exploration to development.
• Evaluate new exploration opportunities, joint ventures, and acquisitions within Saudi Arabia.
• Select, manage, and supervise drilling contractors, geophysical contractors, laboratories, and consultants.
• Prepare and manage exploration budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Provide high-quality technical reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure full compliance with company HSE standards and Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Prepare and submit required technical reports and documentation to regulatory authorities, including the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (MIM).
• Maintain effective working relationships with Saudi regulatory bodies, local authorities, and landholders.
• Support permitting processes and license applications.

• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years’ experience in mineral exploration, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of discovery and advancement of mineral projects.
• Strong experience with exploration in arid or desert environments preferred.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly desirable.
• Competence with geological modeling, GIS, and exploration data management systems.
