Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing mixed‑use development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets for mixed‑use projects
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during construction
- Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and change orders
- Manage project resources effectively to optimize performance and minimize delays
- Ensure adherence to Saudi building codes and regulations throughout the construction process
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction engineering, with a focus on mixed‑use developments
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD or similar CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, best practices, and project management principles
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes, regulations, and local construction industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Must be a Saudi national
