Responsibilities- Construction Methodology Mastery: Deep understanding of the sequence, logistics, and complex roofing, and MEP/ELV integration.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Proven ability to implement and enforce the project's Quality Management System (QMS) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Must be proficient in reviewing and approving WIRs and NCRs.
- Schedule Oversight: Ability to rigorously monitor the Contractor’s detailed construction schedule, identify slippage on critical paths, and evaluate the impacts of delays.
- Temporary Works Expertise: Strong knowledge of the design, installation, and safety requirements for temporary works, including scaffolding, shoring, access platforms, and heavy lifting plans (crane placement and operation).
- Local Code Compliance (KSA): Familiarity with relevant Saudi Building Codes (SBC), Civil Defense requirements, and local authority approval processes.
- Contractual Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of major international contract forms, particularly FIDIC, with the ability to interpret clauses related to quality, time, and defect liability.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and report‑writing skills (English fluency mandatory; Arabic highly advantageous).
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to maintain professional and firm relationships with the Client, Contractor, Design Consultant, and statutory authorities.
- Safety Culture: Serve as a champion for safety, ensuring the Contractor’s HSE plan is rigorously implemented and that all safety incidents are investigated and formally documented.
- Site Supervision Leadership: Lead the on‑site supervision team (Engineers, Inspectors) to ensure all executed works conform to IFC drawings, specifications, and approved material submittals.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify site‑related risks (e.g., ground conditions, access limitations, material storage) and propose practical mitigation strategies to the Engineer.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional Certification: Chartered status (e.g., PMP, CIOB, or equivalent professional registration/charter‑ship) is highly desirable, if not mandatory.

Minimum of 20 years demonstrable experience in the. - Relevant Project
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience specifically working on large‑scale, complex building projects, preferably stadiums, arenas, or similarly complex sports/entertainment venues, and ideally within the GCC region (KSA experience is a strong advantage). - Supervision
Experience:
Prior experience working in a supervisory or consulting role (PMC, CSC, or Client‑side) is essential.
