We are looking for an experienced Electrical Tendering Engineer to support the planning, design, estimation, and execution of electrical works across infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical systems and proven hands‑on experience using CCS Candy for estimation, costing, and project control.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed electrical designs, drawings, and technical specifications for project execution.
- Use CCS Candy to develop accurate cost estimates, BOQs, bid pricing, cost allocation, and project budgeting.
- Review and verify electrical material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure proper installation and adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure electrical works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, procurement plans, and work programs related to electrical scope.
- Identify design conflicts, technical issues, and potential risks, proposing effective engineering solutions.
- Support tendering activities, including quantity take‑offs, pricing, and technical assessments using CCS Candy outputs.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of all electrical systems.
- Maintain all necessary project documentation, reports, and records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering within construction, infrastructure, or landscape-related projects.
- Mandatory experience with CCS Candy for estimation, costing, and project cost control.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, load calculations, lighting, power distribution, low‑current systems, and relevant codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
