Assistant Testing Engineer

Description and Requirements

• New Product Introduction (NPI) :
  Act as the primary liaison between the test engineering department and the product project team to support the introduction of new notebook and desktop products into the factory.
• Test Program Support :
  Assist in the verification, debugging, and release of test programs developed by test engineers. Contribute to the development of test sequences and procedures.
• Training & Documentation :
  Prepare comprehensive test procedures and provide technical training to production technicians and support staff.
• Trial Production Monitoring :
  Track and support trial production runs, identify and analyze cross-functional issues, and collaborate with R&D and factory teams to drive root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
• Validation & Troubleshooting :
  Design and execute targeted validation plans to ensure all product testing-related issues are resolved thoroughly and efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Electronics, Electromechanics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in product development, testing, or test project management within the communications or electronics industry.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated interest in computer programming and communication technologies, with strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, or Python is preferred, especially in the context of automation equipment development.
• Familiarity with PC production testing processes or prior experience in a similar manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Experience working with Linux-based systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
