General Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant estimation experience
- Strong background in civil, infrastructure, and utilities projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in KSA in similar role
- Knowledge of Local construction Saudi market, cost, historical data & Productivity rates,market trends.
- Proven track record in tender preparation for mega infrastructure and building projects.
- Proficiency in CCS ( CANDY) software cost databases, HCSS Heavy Bid and or the like.
- Strong pre-contract experience in estimation, tendering, and bid management.
- Expertise in budgeting, BOQ preparation and scope analysis , Quantity take-offs, re measurement.
- Strong in Bid Analysis & Benchmarking, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and precision across tender submissions.
- Skilled in Procurement Strategy – scope packaging, RFQs, supplier/subcontractor negotiations, and best-value sourcing.
- Lead preparation of Technical Submittals, clarifications, and execution methodologies for multidisciplinary projects.
- Develop Construction Methodologies and Execution Strategies optimizing cost, time, and quality outcomes.
