Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for construction and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical and commercial understanding to ensure competitive pricing and effective cost planning throughout the tendering process.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze tender documents, scope of work, and contractual requirements.
• Develop cost breakdown structures and pricing strategies in coordination with engineering and commercial teams.
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations and integrate them into final estimates.
• Prepare tender submissions, clarifications, and post‑tender evaluations.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and project budgets.
• Maintain accurate cost databases and historical project records.
• Support project teams during the handover from tender stage to execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related field.
• Proven experience in estimation within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience using industry‑standard estimation and cost control software, including Candy.
• Strong understanding of BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tendering procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation‑related tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
