Cadastral Registration Manager

To manage and oversee cadastral registration and surveying activities, including cadastral surveys, title deed (Ṣukūk) review, and land subdivision transactions, while coordinating with relevant Saudi authorities such as Balady, Najiz, and the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GEOSA) to ensure accurate, compliant, and up-to-date land and property records in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Manage and supervise cadastral surveying works, including boundary and area determination
• Review and verify title deeds (Ṣukūk), cadastral plans, and ownership documents
• Handle land subdivision, registration, and update transactions through Balady and Najiz
• Ensure compliance with Saudi cadastral and land registration regulations
• Maintain and update cadastral and land registration records
• Supervise the use of GIS and cadastral systems
• Prepare technical and regulatory reports related to cadastral registration

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or civil engineering
• Minimum of five years of practical experience in land and property management and surveying
• Strong knowledge of title deeds, plans, and boundary and area determination
• Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and land management systems is a plus
• Ability to coordinate with governmental authorities and ensure data compliance with regulations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and technical accuracy skills
• Proficiency in English is required
