The role holder is responsible for managing the technical facilities delivery under end‑to‑end accountability for the technical buildings within the region. The role holder also supervises contractor activities, drives resource optimization and development in the district, and carries out duties in accordance with business policies and procedures.

• Manage critical facilities management delivery under end‑to‑end accountability for the technical buildings in the West Region.
• Manage and maintain critical systems availability for the critical environment such as DC, AC, UPS, precision cooling, raised floor, air flow management, FDAS, and FSS in the central region.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of power and cooling to the active infrastructure at the sites and support activities associated with the critical environment.
• Manage SOPs, ERPs, EOPs, MOPs in the day‑to‑day operations of FM contracts.
• Implement HSS (High Speed Sintering) and enforce regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders associated with core services.
• Be familiar with corporate property, real estate, risk management, and IT/NW strategies associated with critical facilities.
• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance activities for facilities within SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee spares and consumables supply and management.
• Manage electro‑mechanical asset maintenance (hard FM services) including HVAC, horizontal and vertical transport systems, BMS, infrastructure and energy management, civil and architectural systems, and all maintenance routines.
• Manage and maintain soft FM services such as janitorial, housekeeping, civil works, and services.
