We provide end-to-end project management services from start to finish with ongoing support and coordination. We do it all for our clients, from design to drafting, coordination, and management, planning, and scheduling, documentation to resource control. • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and or Microsoft Project
• Establish work breakdown structures aligned with project scope and deliverables
• Integrate engineering, procurement, permitting, and construction activities into a single master schedule
• Maintain and update schedules based on project progress, changes, and field input
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, float analysis, and impact assessments
• Support change management by evaluating schedule impacts of scope changes and delays
• Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients
• Participate in progress meetings and provide schedule status updates
• Coordinate closely with cost control, construction management, and engineering teams
• Ensure scheduling best practices and standards are followed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• Previous PMC experience required
• Minimum 5 years of project planning or scheduling experience
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 required
• Experience supporting engineering and construction projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
