Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator, located in Dubai. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities for various projects, including architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include managing project models, ensuring model standards, coordinating between different project teams, and supporting project management tasks to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Qualifications

• BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
• Experience in Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines
• Project Management skills and experience in handling multiple projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
