We are seeking ambitious and motivated Graduate Digital Advisory Consultants to join our Riyadh office. This role is designed for recent graduates with a passion for technology and innovation who are eager to contribute to strategic initiatives within Smart Cities, Digital Infrastructure, Connectivity, and Digital Advisory Services. The successful candidate will work closely with digital advisory consultants and technical experts to support Smart Cities and Digital Infrastructure projects, contribute to research and analysis, and help design innovative solutions that enable the cities and communities of the future.

• Support the planning, analysis, and delivery of projects related to Smart Cities, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in conducting market research, benchmarking, and feasibility studies to guide digital advisory projects.
• Contribute to the development of strategy documents, reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate telecommunications, ICT, and connectivity solutions into broader digital initiatives.
• Assist in stakeholder engagement and workshops to capture requirements and align on digital strategies.
• Support senior team members in project delivery and coordination, ensuring that outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with client requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest digital infrastructure trends in Mobile Network (4G, 5G), IoT, fiber infrastructure, Networking, and smart city technologies.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing, innovation sessions, and capability development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Systems Engineering or a closely related discipline (Telecommunication Engineering, Computer & Communication Engineering, or similar).
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interest in technology connectivity (both wired and wireless), Networking Fundamentals, IoT, etc.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of telecommunications and digital infrastructure fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with GIS, CAD, or other digital tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
