Job Purpose

To architect and deliver Teamcenter solutions that support engineering processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and PLM strategy.

• Define and support PLM solutions for Engineering and Quality domains.
• Fit business needs into PLM solution capabilities.
• Collaborate with business for process and requirement clarification.
• Define technical specifications for implementations.
• Check implementations results.
• Configure PLM system according to business requirements (BMIDE, WFs, Teamcenter Configuration – preferences, access rules, etc.).
• Validate solution usage on business side (control that business follows IT recommendations).
• Collaborate with IT partners (Siemens and Siemens partners):
• Control solution definition created by partners.
• Align and control partners solution proposals.
• Support IT partners in collaboration with business.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Automotive industry experience within a Product Engineering or Quality function.
• Understanding of typical engineering automotive processes (Design BoM, Engineering BoM, Change Management).
• Understanding of typical quality automotive processes (Issue Management, FMEA, CAPA, APQP).
• Deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter (BMIDE, WFs, Access Rules, Style sheets, etc.) both in Teamcenter Rich Client and Active workspace.
• Experience with NX integration.
• Basic knowledge of SAP integration (business level).
• Experience leading PLM implementation team.
• Issue‑solving skills: identification of the root cause, target solution, intermediate solution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English.
• 7+ years in PLM architecture roles, with 3+ years focused on engineering domains.
• Work experience in Siemens, Siemens PLM partners or Automotive OEMs is a benefit.
