Job Description
The Planning & Scheduling Expert is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the project schedule across all phases from design and procurement through construction and handover. Operating as part of the PMC team, the role provides strategic schedule oversight, progress analysis, delay assessment, and reporting to ensure the project remains aligned with approved timelines and delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the project’s integrated master schedule (Primavera P6).
- Track progress, identify variances, and perform critical path and delay analysis.
- Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and look‑ahead programs.
- Support EOT assessments,‑impact analyses, and change management.
- Coordinate schedule inputs across design, procurement, construction, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 15 years of planning and scheduling experience, with 3 years experience in KSA ideally in PMC roles.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and planning methodologies.
- Experience with mixed‑use or large‑scale development projects.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
