Your Future RoleApply your predictive maintenance expertise in a cutting‑edge field. Work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates, optimizing maintenance processes and ensuring reliability and efficiency of rail systems. Collaborate with Health Hub & CMMS, Engineering Directors, Operations Directors, Project Managers, and external stakeholders to design, implement and optimise predictive maintenance tools.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design, development, and implementation of predictive maintenance tools, including Health Hub.
- Formulate and execute predictive maintenance strategies to minimise equipment downtime and enhance asset reliability.
- Drive optimisation of maintenance activities using predictive insights.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate predictive maintenance solutions into projects.
- Provide training and support to maintenance personnel on predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to measure effectiveness of predictive maintenance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standard.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.
- A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in predictive maintenance, preferably in railway or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of maintenance optimisation practices and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Strong knowledge of TCMS (Train Control and Management System).
- Advanced programming skills in Python.
- Experience with R Studio for statistical analysis and data science tasks.
- Deep understanding of data science processes, including data management, data analysis, and predictive modelling.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Proactive, methodical and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse teams.
- At least 8 years of work experience.
