Job Description / Responsibilities

• Supervision of mechanical maintenance and workshop activities.
• Experience with rotating equipment: pumps, blowers, agitators, conveyors, rotary equipment, etc.
• Knowledge of machining, welding, fabrication, and overhauling.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manage multi-craft teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Preparation of maintenance and service reports, timesheets, and material take‑off lists.
• Working knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems, work orders, and material requests.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Fluency in English language

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years
• Experience in the following business areas:
  Manpower Recruitment

Additional Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge to handle CMMS, ERP system and work order processing, material request generation, and mail communication.
• Valid passport; if you don’t have a passport, please do not apply.
• 5-8 years’ minimum experience in continuous process / chemical, fertilizer, petrochemical industry; candidates with experience in phosphoric acid and DAP production plants will be given preference.
• Familiarity with various types of rotating machines such as pumps, blowers, filters, agitators, bucket elevators, rotary drums, belt conveyors, etc.
• Strong supervisory background and practical experience in multi‑craft supervision.
• Thorough knowledge and awareness of all safety‑related requirements applicable in continuous process / fertilizer industry.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and explain them to men working under direct supervision.
• Acceptable knowledge in all maintenance fields and familiarity with maintenance programs, practices, and procedures.
