(Fire Alarm & Central Battery Emergency Lighting Systems)

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Draftsman cum Fire Systems Designer & Estimator to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, drafting, and estimation of Fire Alarm Systems and Central Battery Emergency Lighting Systems
, ensuring full compliance with international standards and local authority requirements.

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for Fire Alarm Systems and Central Battery Emergency Lighting Systems using AutoCAD.
• Design fire protection systems in accordance with NFPA standards and Saudi Civil Defense / local authority regulations
  .
• Perform Lux level calculations and emergency lighting designs using DIALux
  .
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate effectively with project engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Review, revise, and update drawings and estimates based on site conditions
  , consultant feedback, and authority comments.
• Provide technical support during tendering
  , submittals
  , and project execution stages.
• Assist in value engineering and system optimization where required.

• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local Civil Defense regulations
  .
• Proven experience in Fire Alarm Systems and Central Battery Emergency Lighting Systems
  .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation tools/software.
• Solid experience with DIALux for Lux and emergency lighting calculations.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
