Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Prepare, review, and modify detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data and monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure coordinated project delivery.
• Support the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation for internal and client use.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes to uphold project standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction management sectors.
• Familiarity with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
