Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Sr. Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Lead and supervise the planning, design, and execution of large‑scale construction projects
  • Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process
  • Implement and promote sustainable construction practices
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development
  • Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to senior management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
    Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license and OSHA certification
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction engineering, with a proven track record of managing large‑scale projects
  • Advanced knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and structural engineering principles
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • In‑depth understanding of building codes and safety regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia
  • Experience with sustainable construction practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites within the region
