Contracts Engineer

On Behalf of our client in KSA - Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Engineer for a renowned client in Saudi Arabia
. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations while minimizing risks.

• Prepare, review, and manage a variety of contracts, including FIDIC contracts, and ensure they meet legal and company standards.
• Monitor contract performance and administer contract changes, variations, and claims.
• Work closely with project teams to develop clear and concise contract documentation.
• Support negotiations and dispute resolutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and related industry standards.
• Assist in evaluating subcontractors and suppliers during the procurement process.
• Provide advice and guidance on contract matters across different disciplines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to contracts.
• Generate regular reports regarding contract status and performance for senior management.
• Participate in project meetings and communications with stakeholders regarding contracts.

Hiring for our client in KSA Contracts Engineer as below:

5 to 9 years of experience in contract management in Construction & Contracting companies.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Familiar with FIDIC forms of contracts.

Familiar with AACE & SCL Protocols.

Familiar with delay analysis and quantum cost techniques.

Bilingual candidates

Working days: 5 days a week with Alternative Saturdays

Working Hours:

8 hrs.

Basic Salary 7,500 to 9,300 SAR
