Could you be the full‑time Reliability Growth Engineer in Saudi Arabia we’re looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting‑edge field of rolling stock. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates. You’ll contribute day‑to‑day, working closely with teams across the Operation & Maintenance Team and much more. You’ll specifically take care of ensuring the reliability of the rolling stock, but that is not limited.
We’ll look to you for:- Lead the development of the Reliability Growth activities and define related processes in line with Alstom global Reliability Growth process & tools and applicable standards.
- Support the Engineering Senior Manager and work closely with the FLOW Reliability Growth team to develop the Reliability Growth skills and activities. Objective to reach autonomy on Reliability Growth activities and act as TSM representative of partners and external parties.
- Participate in the projects design and gate reviews for TSM and lead Reliability Growth actions.
- Ensure that the Reliability Growth process is correctly incorporated in RAMS plans in accordance with RAMS commitment and in line with Alstom policy.
- Monitor the reliability, availability, and maintainability and publish monthly reports.
- University Degree in Engineering.
- Strong RAM background especially in railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment and systems.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of rolling stock maintenance and design.
- Effective investigatory skills into technical investigations.
- Highly self‑motivated individual, able to work under your own initiative.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of the rail environment and engineering practices.
- Good coordination and communication.
