Senior Project Controls Director

JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Project Controls Director to join our dynamic team. With a mission to enhance the execution of Social Infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia as part of Vision 2030, we strive for excellence and innovation in all our endeavors. As the Project Controls Director, you will be instrumental in steering the planning and execution of project controls to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive project control systems that encompass cost, schedule, risk, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with project teams to establish project baselines and monitor adherence to these targets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize advanced analytics to identify potential impacts on project performance and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
• Drive the reporting process for project performance, including variance analysis and trend forecasting.
• Foster a collaborative culture among project teams and stakeholders to enhance communication and ensure alignment on objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for project control staff, promoting skills development and adherence to best practices.
• Engage in strategic planning and contribute to the overall success and growth of JASARA PMC through innovative solutions and optimized processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in project controls, with a focus on large scale infrastructure projects.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, particularly cost management and scheduling software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
