Design Manager - Hospital / Healthcare

Our client is an exciting Joint Venture between a Saudi Arabian contractor and a European contractor - headquartered in Riyadh.

Due to the recent winning of new contracts, they now require a Design Manager to join them on a new hospital / healthcare project in Riyadh.

They are looking for a Design Manager with the following experience:

• A minimum of 10 years construction industry experience.
• A background gained with established main contractors and/or design consultants.
• A portfolio that includes some hospital / healthcare projects.
• A relevant 3rd level qualification.
• Previous Middle East experience (advantage).

Tax‑free salary is negotiable on experience, but will be attractive. Package will include accommodation, transport, flights and medical.
