Responsibilities
- Assist to ensure procedures, processes and by‑laws are well documented and tracked to ensure compliance.
- Participate in develop company Compliance strategy, policies, and procedures to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
- Facilitate audit mission with external entities (Government External Audit).
- Prepare comments to response to External Audit requests.
- Follow up on audit comments and closure from Holding Company.
- Perform any other duties as determined by Compliance Lead.
- Build strong relationships with external & internal parties to ensure deliverables are met according to standards
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to produce customized solution which increase efficiency and effectiveness of performance
- Knowledge in compliance procedures and polices
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or other related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in compliance
