Job Title: Government Relations Manager – Food & Beverage (F&B) Sector
Location: Riyadh
Job Purpose:Lead and manage all company activities related to government and regulatory relations to ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, supporting the company’s strategy for growth and expansion in the F&B sector.
Key Responsibilities:Government & Regulatory Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies in the F&B sector.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Represent the company in government and professional committees and meetings.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure the company’s compliance with all governmental laws and regulations related to food and beverage products, health and safety, and trade.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management on government developments and their impact on business operations.
Policy Influence Strategies:
Develop and implement strategies to influence public policies in a way that supports the company’s interests.
Advise management on regulatory and strategic issues.
Crisis Management:
Handle any regulatory or legal issues that could affect the company’s reputation or business continuity.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in government or regulatory relations, preferably in the F&B sector.
Deep knowledge of local and international laws and regulations affecting the industry.
Excellent communication and relationship skills with the ability to engage senior government officials.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
