Head of Product Marketing

As we scale our Saudi operations, we’re looking for a Headof Product Marketing who can shape howour products reach and resonate with banks, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.

This isn’t a brand or comms role. It’s product marketing at its sharpest, connecting real customer problems toproduct value, driving go-to-market strategy, and enabling commercial tractionacross every business unit.

You’ll lead product marketing and GTM for Tarabut in Saudi Arabia, working directly with business unit leads (Data, BaaS, Payments) and country managers. Your job is to define how each product is positioned, priced,and launched, and ensure it lands with clarity and impact.

You’ll own market intelligence, competitive insight, and product storytelling. You’ll also enable sales and BD teams with the tools theyneed to convert interest into revenue. This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly tothe CEO, with close alignment to Strategy and Finance leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Marketing & GTM

• Build and execute GTM plans for each product line, tailored to Saudi market segments.
• Define clear, differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks.
• Own market segmentation, buyer personas, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and BD tocreate localised GTM assets, decks, play books, case studies.
• Track campaign performance through pipelineimpact, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
• Build a repeatable content system that turnspartner wins into GTM assets.
• Train BD and Account Managers on productnarratives and objection handling.
• Stay ahead of the curve on competitor moves,pricing, features, and messaging.
• Spot whitespace opportunities and emergingtrends (SME lending, embedded finance, open data).
• Feed insights back into Product and Strategy toshape roadmap priorities.

Performance Marketing (Secondary Focus)

• Run targeted campaigns to support productadoption and partner acquisition.
• Use digital channels, Linked In, events, and partnerships for B2B lead generation.

• In line with Saudization efforts, this role is open to Saudi nationals only

• 6–10 years in product marketing, GTM, or commercial marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech.
• Proven success working cross-functionally with Product and Sales to drive adoption.
• Strong analytical mindset, you think in funnels,metrics, and ROI.
• Excellent communicator in Arabic and English, ableto simplify complex tech for non-technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi financialecosystem (banks, fintechs, PSPs, lenders).
• Comfortable moving fast, testing, and iterating.

Bonus Points

• Experience marketing infrastructure-level techor API platforms.
• Familiarity with open banking, embedded finance,or digital lending.
• Prior startup or scale-up experience, especiallyas an early marketing hire.
• Shape how Saudi’s most advanced fintech productsgo to market.
• Work directly with product, data, and BDleaders, at the table, not downstream.
